Yuval Noah Harari, one of the world's most influential public intellectuals, historians and philosophers, is coming to Prague. The author of the global bestsellers Sapiens, Homo Deus, 21 Lessons for the 21st Century and Nexus has sold more than 55 million books in 65 languages. His work explores some of the most important questions facing humanity, from the forces that shape societies and civilizations to the growing power of technology, information and artificial intelligence.
In a 60-minute fireside conversation, Harari will explore the forces transforming our world and ask what they mean for the future of humanity and for each of us as individuals. Through keynotes, panels, duels and original research by the Solvo Institute, the conference will examine how these global challenges intersect with the realities facing Czech society.

Founder of the Solvo institute
is a Czech businesswoman, entrepreneur, philanthropist, and founder of the SOLVO Institute. With over three decades of experience in business and real estate, she has built several successful companies.
Aleš Michl
Governor of the Czech National Bank
is Governor of the Czech National Bank, appointed in 2022. He previously served on the Bank Board and worked as an investment strategist and co-founded an algorithmic investment fund. In 2025, he was named Governor of the Year by Central Banking.
Miroslav Singer
Economist
is a Czech economist and former Governor and Vice-Governor of the Czech National Bank. He is currently Chief Economist and Director for Institutional Relations at Generali CEE Holding and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Generali Česká pojišťovna.
Jakub Landovský
Politician
is Director General for Strategy and Defence Policy at the Ministry of Defence and the Government’s Envoy for NATO Commitments. Ambassador Landovský has a background in law and security policy and has been actively involved in shaping Czech defence policy and the country’s role within Euro-Atlantic structures.
Miroslav Bárta
Egyptologist and archaeologist
is a Czech Egyptologist and archaeologist, Professor at Charles University and a director of the Czech mission at the pyramid field of Abusir. His research includes comparative study of civilisations. He is author of the seven laws of civilisations theory and foreign member of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences.
Anna Shavit
Expert on political marketing
is a Czech expert on political marketing, communication, and data, teaching at Charles University in Prague. Her work focuses on election campaigns, voter behavior, political resilience, and the strategic use of data in contemporary politics. She is a co-author of the Resilience Index.
AlexandEr Braun
Pollster and strategist
is an award-winning strategist and communications expert, dubbed a “campaign magician” by Forbes. He has worked on over 100 campaigns worldwide, advising Presidents, Prime Ministers and major political parties globally. He is a co-founder of Solvo.
Aleš Rod
Economist, consultant
is Executive Director of the Centre for Economic and Market Analyses (CETA) and a former member of the Czech Government’s National Economic Council (NERV). He serves on the Board of Anglo-American University. His research focuses on regulation, public finance, energy, waste management, and banking. He also advises public and private sector organisations and is active as an entrepreneur and investor.
